I am so excited!! IFLIP VIDEO

I just found an iflip video recorder and a tripod stand on Amazon, for only $75! I have had this on my wishlist for quite sometime! I am already thinking of all of the cool things that I can do with it in my classroom. If you have any ideas, then please share!

  1. Wow! I saw one at Costco for $100. I asked for it as my anniversary gift.

  2. There are so many cool things you can do with a video camera in the classroom. Last year I taught my kids how to use my camera to take still shots and kept it on hand for anything they demonstrated that I wanted parents to see. You can use the camera to document reading skills, do running records, and video documentation for oral exams (ie. Name 3 things you learned about plants). I saw one teacher make a movie with her class defining and demonstrating positional words around the school. They would hold up the word, use it in a sentence and then demonstrated. I have also made video yearbooks for my kids in the past. There are so many uses. Enjoy all the possibilities.
